After a family wedding, I enjoyed a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast. Just a heads-up: the lift was out, so be prepared for some stairs. A great experience!

I was on a business trip with Hockey Brisbane filming for a TV show, pleased to hear you support the locals, did an interview with Rita Boyd who is off to represent Australia and needs all the funding she can get. Room was great as were restaurants and staff.
My son left his phone re charger in the room ! An ice bucket or ice maker would have been nice in the room. Your staff in the Italian restaurant were having issues which could have been kept from the public eye.

I was charged for mini-bar items I didn't even use, and there was no note about it in the fridge. The staff couldn't explain the charges properly, making it super frustrating. Talk about a sneaky surprise after checkout!

It was a really good stay for 2 nights. The hotel had a central location to how beautiful the test of establishment was. What's more, it was adjacent to the collocated Yaralla sports club restaurant Pacino's as well as dining options.
A little small bathroom, and the breakfast was very limited.

I had a pretty good weekend at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, plus you get free parking, which is always a win. The location is handy as it shares space with a sports club, giving you easy access to bars and restaurants. The blackout curtains were a nice touch too; I actually got to sleep in without being disturbed by sunlight!
Not everything went smoothly. The wifi was super slow, which was frustrating when I needed to catch up on some work. The buffet experience was lacking compared to my last visit; the staff seemed less friendly this time, and the food choices were pretty limited. some areas could definitely use improvement!

The provided breakfast was gorgeous.

The bathroom featured a luxurious rain shower, enhancing my overall experience.
One minor drawback was the occasional noise from the nearby club, which slightly disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere during late hours.

Staff was very friendly, even though we reached quite late. And of course, the free wifi was a nice touch, considering many other hotels did not provide this.

It's quite restricted as to what I should comment on, I honestly didn't spend enough time on premises to judge as we arrived very late and left early morning.

Great Stay at Mantra Gladstone
During my four nights there, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs after a knee injury sustained on Heron Island. They provided me with a disabled suite and even arranged for a wheelchair, which made navigating the hotel and sports club so much easier. The rooms were equipped with an impressive movie channel featuring the latest releases, which was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The staff were all cheerful and helpful, organizing wake-up calls and taxis promptly. I particularly enjoyed the buffets, especially the stone grill salmon, which was fantastic and well worth the extra charge. The coffee lounge was comfortable, and our experience at the Italian restaurant, Pacino's, on our first night was nice. the brand-new swimming pool is a lovely addition to the hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, loved our stay, it had fantastic food and magnificent location to the fitness center which was perfect for us. Location: the property was adjacent to establishment, the collocated Yaralla sports club restaurant Pacino's, and Gladstone for business. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

new rooms, mostly good interior
carpets not very clean Bathroom fittings/accessories not planned well ( the designer should be bathing in the bathroom to know that some of it is awkward) Work-in-progress, no proper access for people coming in with luggage
